Upscale storage facility adds drive-through to list of amenities at new Martinsville Rd. location

GREENSBORO, NC (April 22, 2020) – Bee Safe Storage and Wine Cellar, a subsidiary of The Carroll Companies, a leading luxury real estate development firm, has officially opened its fifth Greensboro location. The new facility is located at 3005 Martinsville Rd at the corner of Lawndale Ave. The four other Greensboro locations are at 4435 Jessup Grove Rd., 1016 Battleground Ave., 704 Sunshine Way, and 5803 W. Gate City Blvd.The 96,000 square foot luxury self-storage facility boasts 28 wine storage units, over 470 climate-controlled storage units ranging from 5’x5 to 10’x30’, and 45 outdoor units. The upscale facility introduces a new drive-through concept for Bee Safe Storage. The coded-entry drive-through loading area emphasizes the company’s belief in safety and convenience with customers able to load and unload in a dry, conditioned area. The luxury wine cellar is equipped with a unique generator backup cooling system to ensure wine always stays at a precise temperature and humidity. Additionally, the knowledgeable and friendly staff can accept wine deliveries.
